How To Get Wicked @ Work

The Wicked website is designed to make ordering Corporate Catering for your business easy. Many of the features on our website are based on suggestions from our many corporate catering customers across Sydney. Placing your first Wicked catering order

The Wicked website is designed to make ordering Corporate Catering for your business easy. Many of the features on our website are based on suggestions from our many corporate catering customers across Sydney. If you can see areas where improvements can be made to make ordering catering easier please let us know by contacting us .

All you need to get started is a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex are all accepted fee free!) and an office or business address anywhere in Sydney so Wicked Foods can deliver your corporate catering.

Step 1- Login or Register

You can register by clicking on the "New Customers! Click here" button in the top right corner of the website. You can login at any time using the Login function at the top right corner of the website. You can also login or register while placing a corporate catering order.

Step 2- Browse the Menus

You can use the Search function indicated by the magnifying glass to look for a specific catering menu item eg. sandwich, or head straight to our menus. You can also mark a menu item or an entire order as a "favourite" and it will save the information for next time you get Wicked Foods catering delivered.

Step 3- Select your Catering

Load the Wicked Foods van with the food you want. You can drag and drop the picture of the items you want into the Wicked van on the right hand side of the page. You will be prompted for number of people/platter size and choice of packaging.

Or you can do it the traditional way by typing the number of each item and clicking on the Add to Order button after each item.

Please place an individual order for each delivery time to ensure order accuracy.

As you load your shopping cart it will expand so you should be able to see about 4 items - if you have more than this green scrolling arrows will appear at the top and base of the cart.

Important Change 

You now need to order your tableware (plates/serviettes/cutlery/cups) from the Drinks Etc menu. A small cost recovery charge applies for these items.

Step 4- Finalise Your Order

Click on the orange Finalise Order button at the bottom of the corporate catering "shopping cart".

Now you can review your order - you can select a packaging type, change quantities ordered (simply change the number in the quantity box and press enter or click outside the box), you can delete items (click on the trash icon) or add items (simply return to the food menus by clicking the Food Menus link).

Step 5- Delivery Details

Click on the orange Proceed to Delivery Details button.

Now select or add a Delivery Address - all delivery addresses will be saved for future orders.

Select a Delivery Date and a Delivery Time Normal delivery times are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm. Please email us at orders@wickedfoods.com to arrange deliveries outside these times.  Extra delivery charges will apply. You can place an order online up to 90 minutes before your catering delivery is needed - we will let you know if any menu items are not available and suggest replacment platters.

Reward Points and Coupons - If you want to use your Wicked Reward Points to pay for your catering or if you have a special coupon code enter the details here and press the Update button. This is especially important if you are ordering a $50 Coles Myer card (you will need to pay the delivery charge when paying for your Coles Myer card with Wicked Reward Points unless you are an account customer. Wicked will reimburse these points.).

If you have ordered over $120 of corporate catering for your office you can Choose your Complimentary Snack - also known as The P.A.'s Revenge! If you don't need a complimentary item you can ask Wicked to donate the value to OzHarvest.

Enter any Delivery Instuctions - add any tips to ensure our drivers deliver to the right place and please include a mobile contact number for deliveries before 9am.

Enter any Special Food Requirements - let us know exactly how you would like your order, tell us whether any of your guests have special dietary requirements or food allergies.

In the Total section you can enter a Purchase Order No/Customer Reference, you can also mark the order a Favourite so you can have exactly the same order again.

Step 6- Checkout

Check your order one last time - especially the Delivery Address and the Delivery Time and Date.

Enter your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Please note we don't charge any credit card fees and transactions are processed securely by E-way. You will be emailed a payment receipt directly from E-way which will have the Wicked Foods Invoice number as an Invoice Reference.

For customers who spend over $1000 a month on catering Wicked Foods will consider a 7 day account option. You can apply in the Account Details link on the top right hand side of the website, you will find this after you have registered.

Please note that administration charges will apply if full payment is not received within 7 days of invoice.

Step 7-Confirmation

The Confirmation Screen lets you know the order is in the Wicked system but is not yet approved. You will receive a Confirmation Email from Wicked that lets you know we have read and understood your order and we will let you know if we have any queries about your order. If you don't receive this Confirmation Email within 2 business hours of placing the order please call Wicked immediately on 9420 5333.

The Confirmation Email will have your Tax Invoice attached as a pdf document. If you nominate an accounts department email we will also send them the invoice.

If you need to change an order - You can change your order online including changing delivery times, delivery addresses and number of serves ordered anytime up to 90 minutes before your scheduled delivery time. There are 4 simple steps to changing your order –

  1. Login to the Wicked website using your email address and password
  2. Under the ORDER COUNTDOWN select the order you wish to change and click
  3. Update the number of serves needed, or add items to your order by selecting items from the Food Menu and then clicking the button
  4. Then simply complete the order once again by clicking the button where you can change delivery times, delivery addresses or have them remain the same

If you need to cancel an order - You are not able to cancel an order through the website. You will need to cancel by replying to the Confirmation Email. We understand that sometimes meetings get cancelled but would appreciate 24 hours notice where possible. If special items have been ordered or extra staff engaged we will need to pass on this cost to you. If the food has been made unfortunately we will need to charge the full price.

Step 8-Delivery the most Wicked bit!

Corporate Catering deliveries are scheduled to arrive in a 30 minute window (cold foods) or a 10 minute window (hot foods) prior to your nominated delivery time. If we need to deliver early or if Sydney traffic conditions mean we will be more than a few minutes late we will call you.

Once the food has arrived our HACCP advice is that it is consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours (cold foods) or within 30 minutes (hot foods).

If there are any issues with your delivery - missing items or extra items- please call us immediately on 9420 5333 as we will do anything possible to rectify the situation and make sure your corporate catering experience is the best in Sydney.
