BUSINESS ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online Accounts
In order to access some features of the Wicked Foods Site, you will have to create an account. You agree not to use another user's account without permission. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. Although Wicked Foods will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Wicked Foods or others due to such unauthorized use.

Payment obligations
All customers that register as a user of Wicked Foods services are deemed to represent the company that employs them, whether a business or a charity it will be responsible for the payment of funds outstanding to Wicked Foods. Individuals are welcome to register with Wicked Foods however if they are not representing a company they will be required to make an up front payment or deposit at the discretion of Wicked Foods either by credit card ,electronic transfer or cheque. Services will not be provided until funds are cleared with Wicked Foods. Account terms with Wicked Foods are strictly 7 days, payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Fees of 2% of the invoice value/month (or part there of)may be charged for invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, and email or preferably online at www.wickedfoods.com.au. All phone orders will need to be confirmed with an email to wicked11@tpg.com.au .

Changing an Order
An order confirmation is sent by email once the order has been submitted and it can be amended at this point or at anytime up to 24 hours before the order is due. If cancellation occurs after the deadline the customer may be liable for the full amount of the order. See below.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order by giving notice in accordance with the following:
Any corporate order can be cancelled with 24 hours notice (by email) with no charge resulting.
Orders for private functions will require a minimum of 5 days notice to avoid charges.
Cancellations on the day of the order will be charged in full and the food delivered as per original order. Exceptions to this will be at the discretion of Wicked Foods.

Refunds
In the event of a cancellation prior to the deadline where payment has been made funds will be refunded to the client via the same method as they were paid within 72 hours of the cancellation.
In the event of an order not meeting your specifications Wicked Foods will need to be informed via email on the day the order is delivered. If the omission cannot be rectified and is proven Wicked Foods will refund that component of the order then the invoice will be adjusted. In the event that a prepayment has been made the amount will be refunded via the same method as the payment was made within 72 hours.
In the event that Wicked Foods is unable to provide a component or all of an order that has been prepaid the amount will be refunded via the same means as payment within 72 hours.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and take extra precautions to manage the information you provide to us.
We gladly adhere to the National Privacy Principles outlining the way(s) in which personal information can be handled as part of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Provision of Your Personal Data

When the website is accessed, no personal data (such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) will be saved, with the exception of any information you have provided voluntarily. This information is gathered in relation to offers, emails and information circulation.

Provision of your name or postal address are voluntary.

You may have your personal data updated, or have it deleted as you wish. For this purpose, please contact us via the methods cited at the end of this statement.
Wicked Foods Use of Personal Data

Wicked Foods stores your personal data and uses it to contact you (e.g. to send you advertising and promotional material, including e-mails, or postal material). Furthermore, we reserve the right to compare or complement your personal data with information we have received for the same purpose from third-party sources, for example, transaction history in our stores.

Wicked Foods will neither give nor sell your personal data to any external third party.

Your details may be passed on to trade representatives or other contract partners of Wicked Foods. This may happen in conjunction with services which these individuals or companies perform for Wicked Foods, for example, postal mailouts.

Wicked Foods Data Protection

Wicked Foods undertakes to treat your personal data with due care and to take suitable precautions to protect it from loss, misuse or falsification. Trade representatives or other contractual partners of Wicked Foods who, in conjunction with services performed on behalf of Wicked Foods, have access to your personal data, are obliged to treat such data as confidential and are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than performing the services as stipulated with Wicked Foods.

Non-Personal Details Stored Automatically

In some cases we save information that is not related to any specific individual. This includes, for instance, which Internet browser or operating system you use, or the domain name or website from which you have accessed our site.
